Being a military man myself I know that all the forces, to include civilians who work on posts have access to eachothers bases. If he was Navy, he could walk right into an Army PX with a quick flash...

I always thought a surplus store was the easiest way. The one near 5th and Mission in The City had everything you could think of from all the services. Perfect place for him.
